Health is something most of us
"Take for granted."
My advice is live a healthy (健康) life and avoid (避免 bìmiǎn) the doctor. Eat balanced meals, get regular exercise (运动), and sleep early.
Prevention (预防 yùfáng) is better than trying to fix (修理 xiūlǐ) something after a problem happens.
But, if you do get sick, don't just ignore (忽视 hūshì) it.
